Our water heater stopped working when we were out of town and returned on the weekend. While the weekend emergency rates are not cheap, Wallace the technician showed up a couple hours after I called on a Saturday and diagnosed the problem and found us a replacement part at the only supply shop open on a Saturday that also had it in stock in the next town over. This was complicated because it’s not a part that typically breaks. He got us fixed up in a couple hours and had great communication and professionalism.
