Josh responded very quickly yesterday to a kitchen water leak that had potential to damage new wood flooring, etc. He quickly diagnosed the extent of the leak, isolating it to a small, corroded RO unit tank. Based on the nature of the minor leak, he offered the option of returning the next day, a Monday, to reduce weekend labor rate costs. Since my wife’s panic about her wood floors was removed by Josh, we waited until Monday. Josh and Donny showed up on time and so efficiently as a team, the entire job took less than two hours. They repaired corroded lines as well. Highly skilled and professional (and honest), traits not as common as you’d think in today’s society! 100% trust them for any job for me, and highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber but might be anxious of being taken advantage of!! Honest!!
