Trent was fabulous
Trent was fabulous, doing a thorough and complete repair as described below.
Used his personal midsize chipping hammer to open up and break up the concrete floor around hot manifold in tankless water heater closet to gain access to 1/2" and 3/4" copper water lines. Rebuilt the two lines with 1/2" and 3/4" PEX pipe and fittings.
This repair was for up to 1 foot of pipe under slab. When he was finished with repairing the pipes, he rebuilt the concrete with sand and concrete. Very little concrete dust.
He insulated the new water lines with pipe wrap.
Additionally, he rebuilt PEX from under slab to PEX that was connected to tankless water heater.
He was professional, clearly explaining each step of the repair work and keeping us posted on his progress.
And, he came in under the estimate!

Tough Job but They Did Amazing
Our house was built in the 70s. The cast iron pipe had disintegrated. We had another plumbing company come out. We established the problem. We never could get them to come back after calling several times. The guys were amazing. It was a tough job. They had to jackhammer the living room about 20 feet, then the kitchen about 6 feet. They tried their hardest to not destroy what they didn't have to. It was a 2- or 3-day job. They were transparent about the worst-case scenario. We have been dealing with overflowing in our laundry room for years. We were told it was because I was washing the dog beds and the dog hair had to be snaked. It was a tough job, but they did amazing. 10 out of 10 recommend. Thank you so much!

He was phenomenal
Luke was our plumber. He was phenomenal. Punctual, personable, efficient, and knowledgeable. He did an outstanding job, and I highly recommend him. He was clean and made sure to discuss with me his plan for replumbing the house. This was critical because I wanted to keep the mess to a minimum without sacrificing any performance of the piping.

Common Questions
What is repiping?
Repiping involves replacing old pipes in a home or building with new ones. This process is necessary when existing pipes are worn out, corroded, or causing plumbing issues like leaks or low water pressure.
How should I maintain my new pipes?
To maintain your new pipes, avoid using harsh chemical drain cleaners and regularly inspect for any signs of leaks or corrosion. Routine maintenance and annual plumbing inspections can help extend their lifespan and ensure optimal performance.
Is repiping covered by insurance?
Insurance coverage for repiping varies by policy. Some homeowner's insurance may cover the cost if it's due to unexpected damage, but routine maintenance might not be included. It's best to review your policy or consult with your insurance provider.
What types of pipes are used in repiping?
Common materials used in repiping include copper, PVC, and PEX. Each material has its advantages, such as durability, cost, and flexibility. Our team can help you choose the best option for your needs and budget.
