First experience, booked online. Given options for service date without reference to cost. Received text and email with tech photo, and phone call with 30-minute notice. Kim was efficient, polite, and cleared the drain in 20 minutes, paid with credit card. Entire experience was stress free for me. Next time I would be sure to remove or cover bath mat to avoid black grease smudge from rooter unit. Cost seemed high for 30 minutes; however, quick and stress free is a major plus.

We noticed mold on the floorboard of our guest room and the carpets kept soaking! On Tuesday we deduced that the AC was running and the system needed snaked.
