Did a Fantastic Job
I contacted Roto-Rooter to have my septic tank pumped out; however, I had never used Roto-Rooter before. They came out right away and did a fantastic job. The young man Johnny was very sweet, very efficient, and professional. I checked where the septic pump was located and found that the other company that had come out to replace the pump that they themselves had sold me and had already replaced, due to them not having properly installed it in the first place, was still not properly installed and completely disconnected. I asked Johnny if they were able to send me someone to help me reconnect the shoddy job that someone else had come and done in reference to the septic pump. After Johnny finished pumping out the tank, he left, and within less than an hour Johnny came back with DJ and fixed it right away. I am very pleased and will use them again.

Have lived in the same home for over 25 years and never known the location of our septic tank. A couple months ago it became a problem, for the first time, with the bathtub backing up. It was apparent that our septic definitely needed servicing. I used another company prior to Roto-Rooter, but they had no luck finding the septic. I spent countless hours searching my yard with a metal detector to find the septic tank in vain. Finally was given the suggestion to find a plumbing company with a camera to aid in finding the septic. Roto-Rooter provides this service and was able to find my septic tank and service it on the same day. Reasonably priced. I honestly expected it to be exponentially more expensive and was elated to get the bill. Their team was professional and I'd 100 percent recommend.
